Orders cancellations

Please note: Orders can only be canceled and refunded prior to shipping. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.

Steps to Cancel Your Order

1. Email us at info@higiftjoy.com with your order number and the name of the item you wish to cancel.

2. Upon receiving your email, we will process the cancellation and send you a confirmation email.

Refund Details

• Refunds will be issued to the same account used for the purchase.

• PayPal refunds are processed immediately

• Please note that cancellations cannot be reversed. If you wish to purchase the canceled item, you will need to place a new order.
